Ingredients
Boiled or tinned corn - 1 cup
Boiled and grated potato - 1
Boiled / Frozen peas - 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) - 2
Green chillies, ginger, garlic - minced
Bread - 1 slice (soaked)
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Coriander (chopped)
Amchur powder
Garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Method
1-Saute onions and ginger-garlic-green chilli paste.
2-Add corn, peas and mash coarsely.
3-Add potato and soaked bread slice with salt and other powders.
4-Cool slightly and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
5-Remove from fridge and shape into kababs and deep-fry.
6-Serve hot with chutney/sauce and thinly sliced onions.
